TECHNIQUE 01

Embroidery — The Premium Choice

Your logo is stitched directly into the fabric by multi-head embroidery machines (see our embroidery workshop). On plush fleece the threads sit slightly raised, catching light and giving the logo a three-dimensional, high-end feel that buyers notice immediately.

Most durable method — embroidery outlasts the blanket itself
Works on any base color, including dark navy and black fleece
Ideal for corporate gifts, law firms, real estate and brand merchandise

Good to know: embroidery suits simple, bold designs — text, crests and icons. Gradients and photo-level detail are not achievable, and cost is calculated by stitch count, so very large designs cost more. Add 3–7 days to production.

TECHNIQUE 02

Heat Transfer — Full Color on Any Blanket

Your artwork is printed onto a carrier film and pressed onto the blanket surface under high temperature and pressure. Because white ink can be used as a base, heat transfer is the go-to method for dark-colored blankets — logos stay bright and fully opaque on black and navy fleece.

Good to know: the logo sits on the surface as a thin film, so it feels slightly different from bare fleece and is best kept at a moderate size. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle keeps it looking new for years.

TECHNIQUE 03

Dye Sublimation — All-Over, No Hand Feel

Special disperse inks are printed on transfer paper, then heat-pressed at ~200 °C. The dye turns to gas and bonds inside the polyester fibers instead of sitting on top — the print becomes part of the fabric itself.

Zero hand feel — the fabric feels exactly the same inside and outside the print
Never cracks, peels or fades in the wash — the color is in the fiber
Edge-to-edge all-over printing with photographic detail and gradients

Good to know: sublimation only works on polyester (all our fabrics are 100% polyester) and shows best on white or light base colors. Very thin lines can soften slightly during transfer. Our samples below compare the original design with the printed result — see the color accuracy for yourself.
